Dabindu Collective has organized a labour law reform consultation with the theme of “Let’s defeat modern slavery systems” with CSOs and Apparel sector workers on 24th of May 2023 in Colombo. On that day we discussed three topics about the Labour law reform, and they are Labour Law, ATA & Unpaid care work. Ms. Lakmali Hemachchandra the Attorney at Law, Mr. Jayantha Dehiaththage Attorney at Law in Supreme Court, Mrs. Sepali Kottegoda.
The workers and CSO members also gave their opinion about the Labour Law Reform.
