On July 20th 2025, Dabindu Collective held the fifth Sisterhood discussion with the second worker group of Katunayake on Sexual and Reproductive Health discussion with the Katunayake-based workers. We discussed deeply about the reusable pad napkins, menstrual cup with debunking the myths about the cups and also the existing social myths on menstruation.
These discussions are part of our project for the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Dignity of Women Workers in the Garment Sector, in Sri Lanka.
2025 ජූලි 20 වන දින, ඩාබිඳු සාමූහිකයේ පුහුණුලත් කම්කරු නායකයින් සමඟ කටුනායක වෙසෙන සේවකයින්ගේ දෙවන කණ්ඩායම සඳහා ලිංගික හා ප්‍රජනක සෞඛ්‍ය අයිතිවාසිකම් පිළිබඳ පස්වන සහෝදරත්ව සාකච්ඡාව පැවැත්වීය. එහිදී අපි, ඔසප් වීම පිළිබඳ ඇති මිත්‍යා මත, ඔසප් කෝප්පය, සහ සෝදා භාවිතා කළ හැකි සනීපාරක්ෂක තුවා පිළිබඳවයි.
මෙම සාකච්ඡා ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ඇඟලුම් ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ කාන්තා සේවිකාවන්ගේ ලිංගික සහ ප්‍රජනක සෞඛ්‍ය අයිතිවාසිකම් සහ අභිමානය වෙනුවෙන් උද්දේශනය කිරීම පිළිබඳ අපගේ ව්‍යාපෘතියේ කොටසකි.
