From July 23–25, Dabindu Collective wrapped up our fourth and final CSO Masterclass on SRHR Advocacy with Paba Deshapriya of the Grassrooted Trust, and Dr. Sathyani Wevita of the Arka Initiative.
Together, we unpacked the politics, power, and personal truths of SRHR — diving deep into legal rights, social realities, and the art of narrative-building for real change in our communities. And, we’re just getting started: this space sparked the launch of a community-led SRHR collective — rooted in solidarity, lived experience, and collective power.
This grassroots-led SRHR network comprises of the Shramabhimani Kendraya, Standup Movement Lanka, RED – Revolutionary Existence for Human Development, We Women Lanka, Textile and Garment Workers Union, Sri Vimukthi Youth Group, Community Brotherhood Organisation, Human Rights Citizens Committee, Voice of Plantation People’s Voice, and the Dabindu Collective.

ජූලි 23-25 දක්වා, ඩබිඳු සාමූහිකය, පබා දේශප්‍රිය (ග්‍රාස්රූටඩ් ට්‍රස්ට්) සහ වෛද්‍ය සත්‍යානි වෑවිට (අර්කා මුලපිරීම) සමඟ ලිංගික සහ ප්‍රජනන සෞඛ්‍ය සහ අයිතිවාසිකම් (SRHR) උද්දේසශන පිළිබඳ අපගේ සිව්වන සහ අවසාන සිවිල් සංවිධාන මාස්ටර් පන්තිය අවසන් කළේ මෙලෙසයි. එක්ව, අපි ලිංගික සහ ප්‍රජනන සෞඛ්‍ය සහ අයිතිවාසිකම් හි දේශපාලනය, සහ බලය අවධාරනය කළෙමු – නීතිමය අයිතිවාසිකම්, සමාජ යථාර්ථයන් සහ අපගේ ප්‍රජාවන්හි සැබෑ වෙනසක් සඳහා කතිකාවතක් ගොඩනැගීමේ කලාව ගැඹුරට අධ්‍යනය කළෙමු.
මෙම මාස්ටර් පන්තිය සහ ප්‍රජා නායකත්වයෙන් යුත් SRHR ජාලයට ශ්‍රමාභිමානි කේන්ද්‍රය, ස්ටෑන්ඩ්අප් මූව්මන්ට් ලංකා, RED, We Women Lanka, නිමි භාණ්ඩ සහ රෙදිපිළි සේවක සංගමය, ශ්‍රි විමුක්ති යොවුන් කණ්ඩායම, අන්තර් ආගමික සහෝදරත්ව සංවිධානය, මානව හිමිකම් ප්‍රජා කමිටුව, වතුකරයේ ජනතා හඬ සංවිධානය, සහ ඩාබිඳු සාමූහිකය ඇතුළත් වේ. මෙම අවකාශය ප්‍රජා නායකත්වයෙන් යුත් SRHR සාමූහිකයක් දියත් කිරීමේ මූලය විය – සහයෝගීතාවය, බිම් මට්ටම සංවිධානය කීරීම සහ සාමූහික බලය තුළ මෙම ව්‍යාපාරය මුල් බැස ඇත!
