In order to address grassroots issues related to sexual and reproductive health, several civil society organizations networked under Community Voices for Reproductive Rights (CVRR).One of the programs under this initiative was held on 28th September 2025 at the Averiwatta RED Office.
During this program, a community awareness session was conducted by Dr. Satyani Wewita as a step to strengthen community voices through the advocacy of sexual and reproductive health rights. Additionally, a counseling session was also conducted. The program was organized by the RED Organization, targeting women community leaders as the focus group, and included training for trainers to empower them to carry forward the initiative.
