A meaningful discussion on building women-led leadership in Kilinochchi – 21.06.2026 
EMPOWER HeR member meetings created a platform for women to come together, share experiences, and reflect on their potential role in political and public leadership.
On 21 June 2026, two EMPOWER HeR member meetings were successfully conducted in Kilinochchi, bringing together women from the community to discuss leadership, representation, and their role in driving positive change.
By engaging directly with communities, we aim to identify women who are passionate about change and support them in their journey towards leadership and representation.
பெண்கள் வழிநடத்தும் தலைமையை உருவாக்கும் அர்த்தமுள்ள கலந்துரையாடல்கள் – கிளிநொச்சி – 21.06.2026
EMPOWER HeR திட்டத்தின் உறுப்பினர் சந்திப்புகள் பெண்கள் ஒன்றிணைந்து தங்கள் அனுபவங்களைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளவும், சமூக மற்றும் அரசியல் தலைமையில் தங்களின் பங்கு குறித்து சிந்திக்கவும் ஒரு வலுவான மேடையை உருவாக்கின.
2026 ஜூன் 21 அன்று கிளிநொச்சியில் இரண்டு EMPOWER HeR உறுப்பினர் சந்திப்புகள் வெற்றிகரமாக நடைபெற்றன. இச்சந்திப்புகள் பெண்கள் தலைமையையும் பிரதிநிதித்துவத்தையும் சமூக மாற்றத்தில் தங்களின் பங்கையும் குறித்து கலந்துரையாடுவதற்கான வாய்ப்பை வழங்கின.
சமூகங்களுடன் நேரடியாக இணைந்து, மாற்றத்திற்காக உறுதியாக நிற்கும் பெண்களை அடையாளம் கண்டு, அவர்களின் தலைமைப் பயணத்திற்கு ஆதரவு வழங்குவதே எங்களின் நோக்கமாகும்.

EMPOWER HeR ව්යාපෘතියේ සාමාජික හමුවීම් කාන්තාවන්ට එකට එක්ව තම අත්දැකීම් බෙදාහදාගෙන, සමාජ හා දේශපාලන නායකත්වයේ තම භූමිකාව පිළිබඳව විමර්ශනය කිරීමට අවස්ථාවක් ලබා දුන්නා.
2026 ජූනි 21 වන දින කිලිනොච්චියේ EMPOWER HeR සාමාජික හමුවීම් දෙකක් සාර්ථකව පවත්වන ලද අතර, කාන්තාවන්ට නායකත්වය, නියෝජනය සහ සමාජ වෙනස සඳහා තම දායකත්වය පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කිරීමට අවස්ථාව ලැබුණි.
ප්රජාව සමඟ සෘජුව සම්බන්ධ වෙමින්, වෙනසක් සඳහා කැපවූ කාන්තාවන් හඳුනාගෙන, ඔවුන්ගේ නායකත්ව ගමනට සහය වීම අපගේ ඉලක්කයයි.
