“#சமாதானத்துக்கான பயணப்பாதைகள்: உள்வாங்கும் ஆட்சி மற்றும் சமூக ஒத்திசைவைக் கட்டியெழுப்புதல்” திட்டமானது கனடா அரசாங்கத்தால் நிதியளிக்கப்பெற்று அலினியா இன்டர்நே~னல் நிறுவனத்தினால் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
இந்த திட்டத்தின் கீழ், டாபிந்து கூட்டமைப்பினால் 2026 ஜூன் மாதம் 05 ஆந் திகதி 25 அதிகாரிகள் பங்கேற்ற பங்குதாரர்கள் கூட்டம் வவுனியாவில் வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தப்பட்டது. இக்கூட்டத்தில் அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகத்தர்கள், உளநல ஆலோசனை உத்தியோகத்தர்கள், கிராம சேவகர்கள் மற்றும் வவுனியா சிவில் சமூக நிறுவனங்களை பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தும் அதிகாரிகள் ஆகியோர் கலந்துக்கொண்டனர்.
இந்த நிகழ்வில் கடந்தகால அறிக்கைகள் ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்டது, தற்போதைய சவால்கள் குறித்து கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது, நடைமுறைப்படுத்தக்கூடிய பரிந்துரைகள் முன்வைக்கப்பட்டதுடன், அவற்றை செயல்படுத்த தொடர்ச்சியான ஒத்துழைப்பும் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது.
இந்த முயற்சி இலங்கையின் பெண்கள், அமைதி மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு (WPS NAP) தேசிய செயல்திட்டத்துடன் ஒத்திசைந்து, பாலின உணர்வுடனான அரச சேவைகளை வலுப்படுத்தி, பெண்களின் பங்கேற்பை ஊக்குவித்து, பொறுப்புணர்வை மேம்படுத்தி, ஆதாரங்களைக் கொண்டு உரிமைகள் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பை முன்னேற்றுகிறது.
“කාන්තාව සාමය හා ආරක්ෂාව අරමුදල (#wpsf) #සාමයටපියමං ව්යාපෘතිය විසින් කළමනාකරණය වේ”. #සාමයටපියමං ව්යාපෘතියට කැනඩා රජය අරමුදල් සපයන අතර එය ක්රියාත්මක කරනු ලබන්නේ ඇලීනියා ඉන්ටනැශනල් විසිනි.
මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය යටතේ, ඩාබිඳු සාමූහිකය මඟින් 2026 ජූනි මස 5 වනදා වවුනියාවහි පාර්ශවකරුවන්ගේ හමුවක් වවුනියාවේ දී සාර්ථකව පැවැත්වූහ. මෙම හමුවට සංවර්ධන නිලධාරීන්, සමාජ සුබසාධන නිලධාරීන්, ග්රාම සේවකයන් සහ වවුනියාව පිහිටි සිවිල් සමාජ සංවිධානවල නියෝජිතයන් ඇතුළු නිලධාරීන් 25 දෙනෙකු සහභාගි වූවෙහිය.
එහි ප්රධාන අරමුණ වන්නේ ඇඟළුම් කම්හලේ කාන්තා සේවකයන්ට ලබා දෙන රජයේ සේවාවල ඇති හිඟයන් හඳුනාගෙන, ඒ සඳහා ප්රායෝගික විසඳුම් සෙවීමයි.
මෙම හමුවේදී පසුගිය වාර්තා සමාලෝචනය කර, වර්තමාන අභියෝගයන් පිළිබඳව සංවාද කර, ක්රියාත්මක කළ හැකි නිර්දේශ ඉදිරිපත් කර, ඒවා ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම සඳහා අඛණ්ඩ සහයෝගීතාව ගැනත් සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදී.
මෙම උත්සාහය ශ්රී ලංකාවේ කාන්තා, සාමය සහ ආරක්ෂාව (WPS NAP) ජාතික ක්රියාදාම සැලැස්මට අනුකූල වන අතර, කාන්තාවන් වෙනුවෙන් ඇති රජයේ සේවා ශක්තිමත් කිරීම, කාන්තාවන්ගේ සහභාගීතාවය ප්රවර්ධනය කිරීම, වගකීම් වැඩි කිරීම සහ සාධක මත පදනම්ව අයිතිවාසිකම් සහ ආරක්ෂාව ප්රවර්ධනය කිරීමේ අරමුණ ඇතිවේ.

Dabindu Collective successfully conducted a Stakeholder Consultation Meeting in Vavuniya on 5 June 2026, with the participation of 25 government and community representatives.
The meeting brought together representatives from the Development Officers, Psychosocial Counsellors, Women Development Officer (WDO) Grama Niladhari officers, and representatives of Civil Society Organizations in Vavuniya.
The primary objective was to identify gaps in government services provided to female garment factory workers and to develop practical and feasible solutions to address those gaps.
During the meeting, past reports were reviewed, current challenges were discussed, actionable recommendations were proposed, and continued collaboration for implementation was emphasized.
This initiative contributes to the implementation of Sri Lanka’s National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security (WPS), by promoting gender-responsive governance, strengthening access to services, enhancing accountability, and advancing the rights, protection, and participation of women through evidence-based advocacy and multi-stakeholder engagement.
